Refund & Warranty Policy

At RVA Awnings, we take pride in the quality of our products and our workmanship. Our goal is to make sure your awning is properly installed and meets the expectations established for your project.

Because awnings and related products are often selected and ordered specifically for an individual project, refunds, returns, and cancellations are subject to the terms of your quote, purchase agreement, applicable manufacturer policies, and Virginia law.

Product Warranties

SunSetter products are covered by the applicable SunSetter manufacturer warranty. Additional or extended warranty coverage may be available for purchase at the time of sale. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their own terms, conditions, and limitations.

Installation & Workmanship

RVA Awnings stands behind its installation workmanship for one year from the date of installation, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and Virginia law.

If you believe there is an issue with your installation or product, please contact us.

We will make a reasonable effort to understand the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

We value our relationships with our customers and are committed to addressing legitimate concerns professionally and fairly. While we are happy to make reasonable adjustments when appropriate, our warranty does not cover unlimited modifications, changes in customer preferences, misuse, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside the scope of the original installation or manufacturer's warranty.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable Virginia law.
